About the Lab

The Consumer Laboratory is a research collaboration between Dr. Antonia Mantonakis from Brock University, and Dr. Isabelle Lesschaeve from the Vineland Research and Innovation Centre. It was co-founded by Dr. Mantonakis and Dr. Lesschaeve, who is also a co-funder.

Dr. Mantonakis is currently running various experiments, focus groups, and surveys involving consumers.  The research seeks to understand consumer motivation, perception, attention, knowledge, memory, and decision-making.
